- MMmichaelaSep 22, 20251.0supervisor went above and beyond to find an excuse to not take a return, and genuinely refused to listen to me at all. once we proved that we did in fact buy shoes from the store, she offered me a measly 15% discount instead of just taking the shoes. she was not listening and acting like the price of the return was coming straight from her pockets. will not be returning, and will be taking my business to a place that employs managers/supervisors who listen.
