The sign next to the sneakers said to see an associate for the "right" shoe. We looked around the store for an associate, but there were only people shopping. I went up to the front counter. One cashier was busy cashing out someone. The other cashier didn't seem to be with a customer, but rather socializing with a customer. I asked for the other shoe and was told that we would get the other shoe when we got in line to pay for the shoes! Is this the new way of shopping at DSW?? You can't try on both shoes before you buy anymore??? Crazy!!!!

I felt uncomfortable interrupting their scrolling to ask a question. It’s disrespectful and If you’re wondering why sales are low, they’re the reason why.
