  The sizes are kind of crazy and inconsistent but that's a company issue not this location's fault. So nice to visit one outside of Europe.

  We went to Primark mainly to shop for clothes & ended up spending around $500 USD overall, it was worth it. They have a huge selection & many items are very affordable, though some pieces weren’t really worth buying. It’s spring now, yet they still had a lot of winter items like sweaters, which were very cheap. However, the experience was uncomfortable. Our cart was full, & some employees were not welcoming at all they seemed rude & kept watching us closely, which made us feel like we were being suspected of stealing. There was also one staff member at the fitting room who was especially unwelcoming; she seemed rude, uninterested, & unresponsive. I went multiple times to try on clothes I planned to purchase, and each time she appeared annoyed. Even when I said “thank you” & apologized for bringing items one at a time, she didn’t respond at all. On a positive note, the cashier was very pleasant. If you’re working in customer service, being welcoming matters & that was really missing here. Overall, the prices & selection are great, but the customer service & overall experience need improvement.

  I love this Primark! It’s always organised and well stocked. The aisles are huge and very spacious so no trolley collisions in the making. The staff are always friendly and helpful. No complaints whatsoever.

  This store is awesome. Our go to when crossing the border from Ontario. Great regular prices but even better sale prices.
