I honestly have to say this was one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had, and that’s 100% because of Bianca and Charlize.
From the moment I walked in, they were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right pair — not rushing me, not upselling, just listening and guiding.
I tried on more frames than I expected, asked a million questions, went back and forth… and they never once made me feel like a burden.
What really stood out was how far beyond the basics they went — adjusting, re-adjusting, offering honest opinions, remembering what I liked and didn’t like, and making the whole experience relaxed and even fun. You can’t fake that kind of care.
Because of Bianca and Charlize, what could’ve been an overwhelming decision turned into a great experience, and I walked out confident and happy with my choice.
Sunglasses Hut is lucky to have them. If you’re shopping here, ask for them, you’ll be glad you did.

So this was about 4 years ago and I thought it was normal protocol. However, the woman who serviced me said I was only allowed to pick 5 sunglasses to try on and that all she could do. I did buy some Burberry’s but I found that to be strange. So I asked my lil white rich girl friend if she had the same experience and she was so disgusted for me. I really haven’t been back because of it. 🥺
My experience was super upsetting, I had purchased a gift which was the Ray Ban Meta glasses for my significant other & it wasn’t the right size, so I came to the closest Macys to do an exchange.
I had originally purchased this product in Macys located in Roosevelt Field Mall.
A lady on the older side & Jamaican whose name I won’t disclose on here was super rude & didn’t listen to our needs but told us the price of the glasses we already bought as if we didn’t purchase the product already. We did not once ask to do a purchase & we didn’t ask for the price. That comment was unnecessary. After that we stated we wanted to do an exchange and we are not here to ask for a price. She then says “why would anybody buy a gift like this”… I am the person who bought the gift and that was super disgusting and rude to say.
We ended up leaving and going to the original place we had done the purchase & they did the exchange in 2 minutes.
I will not put her name on here but I would love to speak to HR & tell them the entire story.
You need to hire people who would love to help their customers & not someone who just wants the day to be over.
The employee Zee was so helpful and wonderful showed exemplary customer service! I will be shopping here again because of her ! She helped me pick out some really cute frames ! Great sense of fashion and style
Mary was the salesperson. She lied to me saying that the system was down and she’s won’t be able to process the return. She told me the technician is on his way then changed it to “it will take two weeks to get it fixed”. Meanwhile, there was a guy at the store purchasing sunglasses 🕶.
