  Chic clothing store where you can find casual clothing, adorable accessories, and fun prints to update your wardrobe. Staff is friendly and readily available for the answer questions. We had to return one item a few weeks after our purchase and the process was a breeze.

  I walked in to get some sunglasses and ended up grabbing some necklaces as gifts to give to my mom and sisters. The individual ringing me up seemed to be having a bad day because her attitude was horrible. She was trying to put my three necklaces into one of those tiny drawstring bags so I politely asked her to bag them separately because I would be giving them as gifts and she rolled her eyes at me. I understand being a retail worker is not a walk in the park but this experience makes me want to go back to the store and return everything I bought.

  I had such a wonderful experience at Madewell today. I want to give so much thanks to Sam and the team for helping me find my proper sizing for jeans today. They helped me find the right color, right size, figuring out the between curvy or regular fit. Sam was especially knowledgeable in understanding the differences between the different cuts (petite, curvy, regular), and it’s been really insightful, trying on the different fits (high rise, mid rise, cropped, etc), and where they land on the body even though not every single size was available. Sam was like an encyclopedia of madewell jeans. The store was busy but the customer service was so wonderful, and I really appreciated the help!
