  Upon entering the store to purchase a new gym bag, we were immediately followed by an employee who did not greet us or offer assistance. After selecting the bag, the same employee rushed toward the front of the store as if anticipating that we were going to leave without paying. In reality, we were still shopping and looking to purchase a matching wallet to go with the bag. The experience felt uncomfortable and unwarranted.

  Where do I begin ? Wow the customer service was amazing here ! Matt ( Manager) and Cash (fitting room assistant) were absolutely amazing I walked in with a pressing issue that I won’t get into in this review not only did Matt fix the problem he instantly apologized and overcompensated … Cash did such an amazing job assisting me with all my fitting room needs from recommendations and fitting and so much more I am eternally grateful for them both and definitely will be returning! Thank you so much once again cash and Matt !!!!

  Just stopped by today to pick up a couple of items and use my Amex credit and Ariana was so helpful finding the items I was looking for or recommending close stores for the items that were out of stock. She also helped compare items I was torn between and recommending alternatives. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and welcoming as well; I feel very good about coming back again!
