  Lily from the Williamsburg store, is the best. She dealt with me and my bf being actually the worst hang ever, and we got a great sweatshirt out of it too! Great glasses, great vibe. Forever Lily!!

  I usually don’t write these kinds of reviews, but perhaps because of how I look or for some other reason, I felt that I was treated unfairly. I went to return a hoodie that I had the receipt for on my phone and had also purchased under my membership. However, the cashier denied the return and refused to accept it. They didn’t even try to help me. The next day, I went to a different branch and they helped me right away. They even ordered a new hoodie for me. So I think it was just the cashier of the store or maybe I went to wrong branch
