I went with my parents over the weekend and the lady working there barely made an attempt to assist, made it overly obvious that she was trying to check out what watch I had on, because I had my hands in my pockets, and then told us that whatever we are looking for would not be available and that nothing else would be available until 2026. Did not bother to explain the waitlist situation, did not want to elaborate further on anything. The security guard also sat stretched out on a lounge chair near the front entrance, talks loudly on his cellphone as you walk in and for some reason has a roll of toilet paper and other job-unrelated items in front of him on a little coffee table - kind of unsightly for a store like this.
