I’ve been working with Eman since I picked up my Tudor in early 2025, and she has been absolute class. What really sets this place apart is how much they actually care about their clients. Even when discussing their CPO collection, it was handled with zero pressure—she truly respects the client's preferences. During a visit with my wife and young son, Eman showed so much patience and handled our family dynamic with such grace—honestly, it’s rare to find a high-end environment that feels this warm and welcoming. We’ve had many great conversations about life and family that go way beyond just "buying a watch." Eman truly gets my passion for horology and the special piece I’ve been dreaming of adding to my collection. Knowing she’s looking out for me on this 'watch journey' gives me a lot of confidence that my dream will eventually come true. The whole team—including the gentlemanly manager who first welcomed me—has built a culture centered on long-term trust.
