  Where do I begin ? Wow the customer service was amazing here ! Matt ( Manager) and Cash (fitting room assistant) were absolutely amazing I walked in with a pressing issue that I won’t get into in this review not only did Matt fix the problem he instantly apologized and overcompensated … Cash did such an amazing job assisting me with all my fitting room needs from recommendations and fitting and so much more I am eternally grateful for them both and definitely will be returning! Thank you so much once again cash and Matt !!!!

  Just stopped by today to pick up a couple of items and use my Amex credit and Ariana was so helpful finding the items I was looking for or recommending close stores for the items that were out of stock. She also helped compare items I was torn between and recommending alternatives. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and welcoming as well; I feel very good about coming back again!

  Very disappointed with my online experience. I made an online purchase for almost $600, and my order was declined saying my shipping address was incorrect. I reordered, carefully entered the address again correctly, and the order was canceled again. The worst part: my card was charged twice, and now I’m being told I have to wait up to 10 days to get my money back. That’s unacceptable for such a large amount of money. I contacted Lululemon support multiple times. They confirmed: • My address was correct • Both cards are mine and under my name • Everything on my end was correct Yet they still could not explain what the issue was or what’s wrong with their system. For a premium brand, this level of service and technical failure is extremely disappointing. I wasted time, had my money tied up for days, and received zero real explanation or solution. This experience completely destroyed my trust in ordering online from Lululemon. Very unsatisfied customer.

  I would like to leave a HORRIBLE review for Mia, an educator at Lululemon at the Albee Square Location. Mia was assisting me with a return. I had the tags & proof of purchase for this return. Mia proceeds to smell my clothes and say “Uh… Yeah I can definitely tell these are worn… It smells like…” I asked “What does it smell like?” she said “It smells like weed.” Not only are the clothes NOT WORN but I also have never in my life smoked weed, this is Defamation of Character. It seemed very racially motivated as she is accusing me (A POC) of smoking weed because apparently the clothes smell like it. She smelled the other items and said “yeah they all smell like perfume” So not only did she go against the return policy because no where in the return policy it mentions anything of scent, perfume or any of that sort. She will be getting a report to HR from me.
