We have already been waiting for over two hours, and as I am writing this review, we are still waiting. This is unreasonable, especially considering that my wife is pregnant and has had to endure this long wait. It is clear that the staff is being overworked and not receiving the support they need. The manager overseeing the photo department, Alexa, should be assisting the team rather than leaving them to struggle with such a heavy workload. A manager should actively manage and provide support when the situation clearly calls for it. I strongly urge JCPenney to address this issue so that customers and employees are treated with the respect and consideration they deserve.
