Our photographer, I believe his name was Mustafa - was terrible. He didn’t make us feel comfortable but rather rushed. He did poorly at leading the session and honestly seemed like he had no clue what he was doing. A lot of the pictures we received were not centered and some of us were cut out of a few of the shots.

Upon my completion of shopping when I went to pay the cashiers are just as bad!! I said hey how are you and received no response but attitude…. They provide horrible customer services!!

Today was my first time shopping in the jewelry section and I was just appalled. There were three ladies working in the jewelry section and they were incredibly rude. I felt like i was annoying them by politely asking a question, one of them was on her phone the entire time and when i asked for help she said “what do you want, i need a minute” and proceeded to use her phone. I asked her to show me a ring and she said in a very loud and rude tone “your e description is not helping me at all, tell me which ring is it that you want to see?!” Nobody proactively asked to help me and when i asked for help i felt like i was being attacked. Horrible customer service and i would avoid shopping at this location for that reason, which is a shame because there was a good sale and decent prices.
