- SSS4 days ago1.0I shop at this location of JC Penney often and usually I have a good experience with decent customer service. Today was my first time shopping in the jewelry section and I was just appalled. There were three ladies working in the jewelry section and they were incredibly rude. I felt like i was annoying them by politely asking a question, one of them was on her phone the entire time and when i asked for help she said “what do you want, i need a minute” and proceeded to use her phone. I asked her to show me a ring and she said in a very loud and rude tone “your e description is not helping me at all, tell me which ring is it that you want to see?!” Nobody proactively asked to help me and when i asked for help i felt like i was being attacked. Horrible customer service and i would avoid shopping at this location for that reason, which is a shame because there was a good sale and decent prices.

Due to worker was not looking the called her, I was walking around store for a while with hooded jacket on. I purchased several items. I go outside i see police officers but when I leave they drive away, But the others was still there I ask them they thought I was stealing? They just smile I went back in and said give me back my money! I dont want Your items I will Never shop Here again I argue while officers came in. Jcpenny judge by your looks. The register that took me was on the floor before she took me.

Only thing I can tell is their fashion styles and merchandise is kinda outdated. They have to keep up with new things and style of clothing or accessories otherwise they will not have anyone to come to their store anymore…
