  BEWARE with high value items!!! This review is for the framing service, not for staff at this location. Staff were friendly and helpful. We bought a large format original photograph at an auction. It was not cheap and we had hoped that Framebridge would be a good framing option as we had used them for smaller pieces in the past with good results. Our photo was handled through their "white glove" service due to the assessed value. After sending off an receiving no updates for some time, we reached out. We got a response that the piece had been "indented" during the mounting process and they were attempting to correct the damage. They sent some photos that showed an area that appeared bubbled or raised. After some more time, they notified us that the piece could not be fixed and they would return it to us. When we received the photo, we discovered the photo was also torn about 2 inches deep along, crumpled and torn on another edge, and with several other areas of creasing and damage! When I contacted Framebridge, they said it must have been damaged in transit. I sent them photos of the shipping tube, which was in perfect condition and told them it was most definitely not damaged in transit. They then admitted to having torn the piece! Long story short, they put us in contact with their insurance due to the value of the piece and we were fully reimbursed, which was only partially helpful because of the original nature of the photo. I was very disappointed not only bc our piece was destroyed but also because Framebridge wouldn't own up to having damaged the piece further in packaging it up! Tread very carefully before you entrust any special pieces to Framebridge and be prepared to deal with a long back and forth with them if there is any damage.
