The fruit was far from fresh: the melon and cantaloupe were dry and weathered, the strawberries looked like they were going bad, and the pineapples were hard and tasteless. This was supposed to be a special and joyful moment, but the poor quality of this arrangement ruined the experience. I would not recommend ordering from Edible Arrangements, especially if you’re sending a gift meant to show love or celebration. I certainly won’t be ordering from them again and I’ll be warning my friends and family to do the same. Do better, Edible Arrangements.

Icing letters on strawberry were piped with no precision and clear mistakes.There is a lack of professionalism and careless that was put into this order. No customer should be disappointed to this extent on a holiday for a loved one. Manager was unapologetic and took no accountability, claimed she saw nothing wrong. As you can see from mine and other reviews DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!

I had to call many times to get a respond. The owner was rude. Don’t you ever order from them! I hope they go out of business.
