On top of that, they do not answer their phone, which made the situation even more frustrating. Because they failed to correct their mistake, I had to take extra time to file a claim with my bank just to get my money back. If you’re reading negative reviews about this company, take them seriously. The time and stress it takes to fix their mistakes is not worth it. I will not be ordering from them again.
