- PNPamela NolascoDec 3, 20181.0I stopped at Dr. Martens in Williamsburg for some shoes for my daughters, although the guy who was at the place greeted us kindly but was busy with someone(I supposed) Two more young people came out from the back, they passed us by without asking or offering help and when I asked one of them about the children's shoes, the answer was what is there that we have ... In contrast then I stopped at another shoe store in the area, the seller told me we do not have what you are looking for, but you can search our website and if we have you can order it and tomorrow you can pick it up here ... Wao! Quality customer service ... Some recognized brands should take this into consideration, the quality of their product is not enough. you need the human touch.
