I went into the Dr. Martens - Williamsburg location hoping for guidance, and that’s where Leanne completely turned the experience around. She was an absolute gem — patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right fit. She handled my situation perfectly, suggested an alternative pair that fit flawlessly, and when they didn’t have my size in-store, she personally called the Dr. Martens - 14th Street location to make sure they would hold a pair for me — all at exchange value. That level of care and follow-through is rare. Leanne single-handedly made me a loyal customer. Exceptional service.
