  Visited Brooklyn store for the first time yesterday. And Luke was awesome. He gave me a gentle welcome at first and gave me enough time and space to browse the store. When I approached him with questions about the recent collection, he was very knowledgeable and provided great insights. I really enjoyed the chat with him, who is so passionate about the brand he represents. Best Double RL store experience ever!

  Polo has customer service like no other. This I know. However, the assistance I received from Luke today was extraordinary and beyond my expectations. I had a difficult time finding the denim jacket I needed in my size. To my surprise, I was emailed that one was found in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and was being pulled from the floor just for me. Thank you for always putting the customer first. God bless.
