I felt racially profiled when staff refused to accept a $20 bill after taking several minutes to inspect it, saying it was “too crumpled.” When I expressed my frustration, the manager escalated the situation, stepped aggressively into my personal space, called the police, and banned me from the store. No customer should ever be treated this way. This experience left me feeling humiliated and disrespected. I truly hope Blick takes steps to address this type of behavior, as I can no longer support this location.
