Upon entering I had a few people, without wasting time, ask me if I needed help and pointed me directly toward where I needed to go and who I needed to speak to. Katie was a great help. They worked with me with all of my requests from the amount and quantity of presentation boards, to the quality of them. They helped package the boards when I mentioned I would possibly need help bringing all of the purchases down the block to where I had parked the car. Finally, I was not able to purchase all of the boards from this location, but Katie was more than willing and eager to help me find other Blick locations that could help me, even going through this store's inventory to see if there was any way they could help me. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience here. I applaud the professionalism of the staff, and I would especially like to highlight the help I received from Katie.
