Recently, I bought a bag as a gift for my friend, but when I tried to return it, your store refused, claiming that the item smells like cigarettes. This is completely false, as I do not smoke and the bag was kept in my child’s room. This decision is unacceptable. I am sending the item for professional examination, and if no such smell is found, I will consider this a violation of consumer rights under New York law. This situation is not about the money — it is about principle. As a loyal client, I deserve fair treatment, but instead I experienced very poor service and unfair accusations from your staff and management. Unless this matter is resolved properly with a full refund, I will be forced to escalate this complaint, including legal action.

They made me wait in line for long periods of time claiming they have a system issue. The guy working the cashier dressed in a beanie and denim jacket was extremely rude and obnoxious he refused to help me and my wife after we explained that they sold us damaged items with stains in another Armani location. He kept talking over us raising his voice with an attitude. I spoke to Armani customer service prior to coming in they said tha this branch would be able to exchange the items that were defective that had stains according to the 30 day buyer’s remorse policy. The guy wasn’t willing to help me or my wife. We called and emailed Armani regarding this matter. You need to consider getting better employees at this location this is unacceptable. I will never shop at this Armani location ever again.
