  Estaba muy contenta cuándo abrieron esta tienda en el área, e ido unas cuántas veces y me gustó mucho, pero fui esta semana y el trato fue horrible, me sentí tan mal que agarré mi compra y me salí, no se si es racismo pero me trató la chica super mal

  They have a scummy return policy: if you use a gift card as part of a purchase, and you return ANY item from that purchase, the return credits back onto the gift card instead of your form of payment, even if the value of the items you DIDN’T return still exceeds the gift card amount. Alo obviously does this to keep the money in their ecosystem. The people working there feign indifference or genuinely don’t care. Scam. Avoid.

  Every experience me and my 25 year old daughter online or in store has been terrible. Clothing is often not sized correctly, falls apart and is impossible to return without jumping through my obstacles. I do admit their items can be cute but not worth it,
