  While I love ALO you all clearly are t concerned about the horrible customer service here. Not to mention no one answers the phone. Do better!

  Seems like no one actually works there no one is ever at the cash register or on floor to help……. Please train your employees with customer service course

  The customer service in this store is beyond frustrating and unacceptable. I came into the Williamsburg location excited to make my very first purchase at Alo. I was online shopping and noticed the items I wanted were available at this store. I drove down expecting amazing customer service and to try on and buy the items that were available in store. I show up and the associate seemed like she didn’t want to help me. I asked for the items and she said they’re not available which was very confusing because on the website it still shows it’s available. I tried to call the store prior to showing up but no on EVER picked up the phone (since Friday I was calling btw) I mentioned that to the associate and her response was very unprofessional stating the phones don’t work. I’m in disbelief that a store with this high volume and price point value wouldn’t have a working phone for customers and why they would have system that misleads customers to coming to a store for items that “they don’t have in stock” and associates that aren’t customer friendly or trying or willing to show the customer something else. Shopping in stores are supposed to be a helpful pleasant experience. I will not be making any purchases from Alo in store or online. I’m truly disappointed.

  Messed up a return and refuses to pickup the phone. What a useless experience. Buy elsewhere.
