  Although they have a huge selection, their prices have increased drastically the past few years and the quality is still the same cheap one. I could find better prices and quality at Ross. Customer service is non existent. I’m always nice and respectful to retail workers because I have worked retail before in Times Square, but the unprovoked attitude and disregard for customer assistance is crazy.

  Very good experience shopping at primark. I like the men's department and basically almost everything. good staff with great hospitality. Very good fare prices. The store layout is so organized.

  La atención es mala, con un personal parece que con poco ánimo... El resto todo bien, amplio, grande y mucha variedad de ropa, hay algunas prendas que valen mucho la pena costo-calidad. Me parece que quizás sin ser tan fancy, aún así es mejor que H&m.

  I’m a frequent shopper here at this location and usually have no issues. However, I had a very rude and offensive encounter with a manager(white woman, glasses, dark hair). I initially wanted to do an exchange but turns out I mistakenly brought the wrong receipt for my item. I’ll admit I was in disbelief at first but remained respectful so one of the nice cashiers called this manager over to assist further and that’s when the tone changed. She verified the item I wanted to exchange was not on the receipt and I expressed understanding and asked if Primark gives store credits for items without receipts … she proceeded to say “ no, because you didn’t buy this” which implies that I stole this item. I immediately corrected her and said she needs to watch her verbiage. She gave a fake apology and then tried to speak over me once more before walking off with an attitude.
