  Although I visited the local Bronxville store to begin my framing journey, my review is primarily about their online customer service. I spent an hour with one of Framebridge's sales people in the store back in November. She helped me determine frame sizes for a large wall gallery, and showed me what each of my initial online frame choices looked like in "real life." I made a few changes as a result of this conversation. After receiving 11 frames several weeks later, I was disappointed that some of the digital uploads looked too dark in my living room. I had photo-edited these images on a beautiful back-lit monitor, and the lack of studio lighting in my living room resulted in some of the detail becoming far too dark to see. In addition, I had order four smaller frames for a different wall gallery, and the different framing hardware made it hard to align the images so they looked right on the wall. This is where their Happiness Guarantee kicked into gear. I wrote to the online help desk, and within a few hours, a specialist responded to help. Their first order of business was re-printing the darkest of the photos and replacing two of the four small ones with hardware that matched the others. The rep had Framebridge's art department lighten the image, which he sent to me for review, and after approving it, I received both the re-print and frame hardware updates roughly a week later. After evaluating the reprint (which was far better in my lower-lighting conditions), I asked for two additional prints, which I lightened myself with Photoshop. They arrived another week later and look great. During this process (roughly six weeks end-to-end), Framebridge's online customer support was responsive and clearly here to help. Not once was there any question about the changes I requested. They made me feel like my personal preferences mattered and turned what started as a concerning initial impression into a seriously happy customer. I plan to make another gallery wall in the coming months and there is no doubt I'll be using Framebridge again.

  Sam at the Bronxville location was incredibly helpful and because of how well she was guiding us, we ended up doing 20+ frames. She both listened to what we wanted but also helped guide us towards what would look great. Everything looks amazing and our house is transformed. Thanks Sam!
