I attempted to purchase something today between 5:20p-6:30p on the third floor and they wouldn’t take me because it’s for returns… mind you, there was no line and depending who’s the cashier at the time, they choose to take you or not. I went to the 2nd floor and there was a huge line, just dropped everything i was going to purchase. This is bad business practice.

- LMLD MMar 15, 20261.0Co-op City the absolute WORST location. All the registers in the store and they have only ONE area called "Checkout". This to do ALL transactions. The line is ALWAYS extremely long and there is always one cashier in particular slow as All get out. First time yesterday they had 4 registers open. Majority of time only 2. If you're only paying on a bill and NOT buying anything you STILL have to wait on this incredibly long line. You can't even use a credit card online to pay towards the bill, so you MUST come to the store and wait on this long slow line. No Mgmt visible to control anything either. Once paid off DEFINITELY will NOT be going in here for purchasing anything...!!!!

When I asked for help I was told “if you didn’t see it then that means we don’t have it”. After searching a bit more I found the item. 2. The manager Francesca would not honor the online price. I told her I would order for pick up instead. She told me if I did that I’d have to wait several hours despite the item being right there. She offered no assistance in helping me or making me a satisfied customer. She was unprofessional. This place is horrible and I wouldn’t step foot back inside.
