Prior to the representative scanning my QR code to look up the transaction he spent 3 minutes inspecting and wiping the frames in silence. Inquired about the reason for the return, accused me of wearing frames that were tried on only to realize upon scamming my QR code that he in fact could not process the return as the purchase was outside of his database. I wear a progressive prescription! I can’t see without it. My feedback is to verify the transaction prior to profiling a customer. It’s logical, professional and reasonable.
