All last week I have been getting the run around talking to different people trying to find some resolution to this situation and so far I have been unsuccessful. I have spoken to more than 5 people and, what’s worse, every time I keep having to share my experience over again, this is so annoying. What’s the sense in calling? Today, I called the JC Penny portrait store in Garden City to speak to someone to see what solution would be done, and that lady who had the most unpleasant personality on the phone told me that all they could refund me was $17, providing that I return the portrait that I printed. This must be a JOKE. I have no problem returning the prints because we hate them. $17 For all that inconvenience, this feels like a slap in the face. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS HERE. No empathy, no apology and no resolution.
