The driver called my mom and asked if someone can pick up the package downstairs. The answer was no. My mother cannot walk due to recent surgery. Lady driver kept insisting that someone meet her downstairs since she couldn’t leave the car double parked. Called me {who lives 500 miles away) to see if i can come down. Ummm I ordered the package and explained that the whole point paying for overpriced cheap fruit is so it can be delivered. She proceeded to tell me that she is illegally recording my call. The fact that this business is ignorant to the fact that they are delivering to a city that is known to never have parking and does not have a plan around is crazy to me. I wish I can give this place -100

However, I am highly disappointed with the fact that I gave the delivery driver a tip through the edible arrangements app, and me being the person that I am, I reached out to confirm the driver got the tip that was earned, and i was sadly informed that the driver did not receive the tip that i left. "that the tips will be divided between everyone". Which is UNACCEPTABLE. I will be connecting with my bank to get the tip I left the driver.. The tip was for the driver who GAVE ME THE BEST SERVICE EVER AND THE DRIVER WAS SO SWEET. Moving forward we will not be ordering this location anymore and the only person to blame is upper management.
