- JGJohnny GJan 27, 20265.0Just went in for snow boots and I had a great experience with a sales associate/cashier Jazzly. She was great in explaining the product and why it was a good purchase. I often run into people that seem to not want to be at their jobs but Jazzly was SUPERB and at 10:30am getting a smile and great energy from someone is always a plus. Thank you Jazzly at DSW in Bayplaza. Keep being great.

The cashier that took care of me told me they don’t do exchanges and can only do returns and then a new purchase. I will not come back to this branch. Their employees need to be well versed on what the policies are online. She also told me I had to pay shipping for online purchases but when I checked online it said I didn’t. Hope the lady she was training gets another person to train her correctly.

DSW has serious work to do at this location. If they wonder why the store is empty weeks before holiday. The answer is simple. Management and customer service.
