  JUST literally had to cancel an order that as suppose to be delivered YESTERDAY... unfortunately I was at work and couldn't pick up their calls, which was to tell me I was "flagged as fraud" just because my debit card had an address change. Now I understand that there are steps to get unflagged BUT I NEVER heard of someone having to "send a picture of my id AND debit card to their email"... MAYBE IF SABRINA (a manager or who ever t.f answered the phone)didn't put me on hold randomly and didn't even have the courtesy to say one second or please hold or apologize for the random phone hold, I probable would've had more trust in her professionalism to send such info... bc she lacked proper customer service I just asked for a refund... Cant trust such delicate info with someone who doesn't who seem professional... and YES something so little steered me away, it happens. that's why its called CUSTOMER SERVICE SATICFACTION.
