When the delivery was first attempted and no one was home, Frederick personally took it upon himself to ensure my arrangement was successfully delivered. You can truly tell he cares about his customers and takes great pride in his work. The arrangement was beautiful, fresh, and exactly what I was hoping for. Customer service like this is rare these days. Frederick made the entire process easy, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable.
