  Such a fun and positive shopping experience at Windsor Bayshore! The team was upbeat, friendly, and so helpful from start to finish. A special shout-out to the store manager, Nihika — she was amazing! Super kind, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of the entire time. Her team was just as fantastic and made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. This is hands down one of my favorite Windsor locations. I’ll definitely be back!

  I had such a great shopping experience at the Windsor Bayshore location! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The store manager, Nihika, was especially lovely and accommodating — incredibly professional, patient, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for and made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable. The rest of the team was just as wonderful — kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to help without being pushy. The store was clean, well organized, and had a great selection. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience!

  Bought these not too long ago, and the material is eating away already and I’m surprised. And I had wash it only on cold.

  As I passed by the store I noticed the girls working there would just stare at you and give you like a weird stare as if they are something better than you or something that is all I get out of the stare without a greeting ..last time I went in there it was messy and no one seemed to be there just only one person at the register just staring me down like usual and not saying anything .. I wonder what their problem is sometimes .. anyways besides them the clothes are nice just wish they didn’t make going to the store feel uncomfortable.. their there to work and help not just to look good and stare down at people lol
