  We had the absolute best experience with Long Island Tent Company for my daughter’s first birthday. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with, but what truly stood out was how much they genuinely cared. Evan, in particular, went above and beyond for us. When we realized our initial setup wasn’t going to comfortably fit our needs, he didn’t hesitate, he sent his team back and made it right without any stress or hesitation. That level of flexibility and commitment is rare, and it made such a difference in what could have been a very overwhelming situation. He also checked in the day of the event to make sure everything was running smoothly, especially with the heaters, which gave me so much peace of mind. Knowing he was available-even early in the morning, made me feel completely supported throughout the entire process. Everything came together beautifully, and it honestly felt like they were just as invested in making the day special as we were. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. I’m so grateful we worked with them and will absolutely be using Long Island Tent Company again in the future. Highly, highly recommend, especially if you have the chance to work with Evan.

  I had a graduation party for my son in June of 2025. The tent company showed up when they said they would, were very professional and polite and did their work diligently. Very neat as well. Would totally recommend them.

  Queens Tent Rental was great again and Lisa was super helpful and patient with us as this was a last minute thing , I’d give you ten stars if I could
