We received an edible arrangement and when my mother opened it she thought she was going to see something pretty and everything was upside down and smushed. I called the Babylon store, because my mother was upset because her mom just passed & she thought she was going to open something pretty and when she opened it it was a mess. Not one person has called back or has done anything about it, This happened on June 3rd. It's over a week later and no one from the store or the company, because I called them also after I heard nothing from the Babylon store, No one has called about it and I think that's absolutely horrible and I've called three times. I called the store three times and the company I left two emails. This company is horrible! It's absolutely horrible!! Now I know this company is all about the money. They don't really care about the customer. They don't care about making a person feel happy, or putting a smile on someone's face. They just care about the money. That's all they care about and that's absolutely disgusting!!
