  It's bass pro, if there were any negatives the kid in the candy store can't remember them. Employees in clothing section asked if I needed assistance, sunglass vendor didn't try to sell me anything until I ventured inside their territory. Nobody bothered me while I nosed around the boats I couldn't afford. Fish were friendly at this location but maybe they just liked my shirt 😆

  Dont buy a boat from Bass Pro , I did Feb of last year and its been nothing but disappointment, while they have accommodated me in a few ways (storing it for the winter)to try make up for all my initial headaches (too long of story to put here ) Im still running into stupid issues , for instance when I purchased my electronics and had them do the install , they installed 2 interstate batteries for my trolling motor , i hadn't touched them all year , I pulled them out the night before I dropped it off for storage , upon going to charge them so they stay good for the winter I noticed one of the 2 batteries the terminals are completely messed up like I've never seen before , certainly nothing I did , I simply unscrewed the connections and pulled batteries out , it was at night so I didn't notice any issues until I went to charge them , talked to Bass Pro , showed them pics and told them I never seen terminals in that fashion before , they basically made it seem like I damaged them which I definitely did not , said reach out to manufacturer see if theyll do anything but they likley wont, so Im just gonna charge it and hope for the best dont really wanna spend another 170$ on an additional battery after spending over 45k on a boat, Bass Pro likes to boast about its not just buying a boat its a whole experience, introduce you to it make it a unique buying experience, end of day none of that was true , least the boat ran good last season with no issues so thats a plus (its new so it should ) but aside from that if I could do it all over again I would NOT purchase from Bass Pro , the staff has been nice and understanding but end of day they'd dont make the call on things BP does , it has been completely opposite of how they pitch their boat buying experience so if you have other dealers /options I recommend exploring them and use BP as last option , hopefully after this one battery issue , I won't have any more but I wont hold my breath

  Just left the bass pro in Auburn NY today 2/28/26 Molly and Savannah were two top notch associates. They are who any company wants to hire. Molly went above and beyond an engaged with us multiple times to make sure we had the help we needed. We bought three items because of her. Had she not engaged we would have left empty handed. She was so helpful and GENUINE. Savannah at checkout took her time with us and her customer service is in the details. We are a military family and we wouldn't have thought to ask for the military discount but she inquired to make sure and then took her time to put a sticker on the gift card we used and update the amount on it for us. They are thee example of customer service and the reason the experience will be remembered and we will come back to the STORE. Online is easy but when you can get assistance and care like that in person that's what it is about. They deserve to be recognized.
