  Came here for sale last week spent 2 hours looking through sale items to find about 10 items. Got to register none of the actual items were on the sale. Im A Nordstrom Rack Vip. Long story short each and every time I come here the discounts don’t apply to the items or something else. I try frequenting this location only to be met with deterrents. Im a personal fashion collector. This location could clear a easy extra 10k from me in a year but because of poor customer service, terrible discount roll outs, i always just shop online or when im in new jersey to avoid confusion and best price. Waste of time going in store to the location. Will never come here again after this last visit you’re not evolving the location with the website.

  Spamming liars. They claim I don't have a Nordy Club account (I have requested its deletion multiple times), but they keep spamming me with account updates. The updates all have the sleazy message "This is a service message about your Nordy Club account. Please know you're unable to opt out of service messages."

  Store is very nice and clean but all customers service was rude and seemed to be busy with their cellphones. If social media is more important than their job and customers. Pls quit and stay home.

  Bought $100+ shoes online and they sent me a visibly worn, likely returned/refurbished pair (dirt underneath and one with laces undone/stretched out) not in the original box but instead in a generic white fold-up. I'm not even going to deal with returning, just won't ever be purchasing from them again. Be advised and stick with more accountable online retailers
