We were greeted warmly, assisted with our choices and even opened a card because of the discounts and quality of clothing. A+ to this role model team right here!

One staff member approached me to tell me the rack I was looking at was not on sale as they where returns then gave me a face when I said I was just browsing and walked away. True to JCrew they never have boxes or envelopes for gift cards. Try Niagara Falls Outlet, its wayyyyy better.
