Stopped in here last week with my mom so she could make a return. She was very stressed over the fact that she accidentally deleted the email with the order number, but Olivia was very helpful and handled the situation professionally. Not only did she kindly help cash out other customers while tending to us, but she went above and beyond by calling corporate and getting the return resolved. Most stores would've told us what number to call ourselves or would've only offered store credit.

I was initially greeted when I walked in but after that there was zero customer service. As I collected jeans to try on, nobody offered to start a dressing room or anything (it was a very slow afternoon with 1 other customer in the store). When I did go to try things on, there was no employees in sight near the dressing room to let me in or offer additional sizes. Once I was done, there was no rack to hang items that I didn’t want so I had to walk around the entire store trying to find where jeans went while several employees saw me and said nothing. I’ll stick to online shopping.
