I was initially greeted when I walked in but after that there was zero customer service. As I collected jeans to try on, nobody offered to start a dressing room or anything (it was a very slow afternoon with 1 other customer in the store). When I did go to try things on, there was no employees in sight near the dressing room to let me in or offer additional sizes. Once I was done, there was no rack to hang items that I didn’t want so I had to walk around the entire store trying to find where jeans went while several employees saw me and said nothing. I’ll stick to online shopping.
