  All of the staff were amazing and super helpful (Even the new girl who was training!). Kim was the person who helped me and she was absolutely wonderful with resizing me and finding bras that fit. I’ve never felt so comfortable and happy to go bra shopping before!! No one was overbearing or pushy at all. Although Kim helped me most of my time there, the other associates were very respectful and kind to other customers, they even jumped in to assist me when I needed it. Not only was the customer service 10/10, the store is very clean, well organized, they have a decent amount of options and I walked out with bras that actually fit perfectly. I used to dread bra shopping.. Now I’m excited to go back 🥰

  A wonderful shopping experience. Upon entering the store I was greeted and the experience just kept getting better. It was like the shopping days of old where you felt that the associates really cared about the experience you were having in their store. I used the fitting rooms and my name was put on the door and once the associates knew my name that is how they referred to me for the rest of my time in the store. I was asked multiple times how I was making out. I was asked what I was looking for. I was also made aware that they would be glad to get me another size if I tried something on and it didn’t fit. The attention I received from the sales associates was a refreshing change from how many retailers operate these days. I will for sure be going back. Thank you ladies for all your help in finding exactly what I needed.

  I made a return last night and was refitted for the correct size. There were two women working last night who made me feel incredibly comfortable and were so inviting and welcoming. Great employees! They deserve a raise :)

  I had a couple coupons so I went to browse but wasn’t really planning to buy at the time. A sale rep greeted me and check in off and on as I told her I was just browsing. I ended up buying some stuff and I told her I left my phone in car with my $20 coupon. I received a survey and gave a great review because of this reps customer service. Today I came home and I got a thank you card from the rep (now I know her name is Karen). She remembered our interaction 100%. This is so rare now a days and much appreciated by me.
