  Excellent customer service and great attention to details. I had a great experience at Frank Adams Jewelers in Albany. This is a long standing, family owned jeweler known for its quality craftsmanship and strong reputation in the Capital Region. The store itself is newly built gorgeous and has a beautiful selection and clearly takes pride in offering high end pieces along with expert service and repairs. What really stood out was the customer service. Billie Jo and Matthew Terrell were both incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They took the time to answer questions, made the whole process comfortable, and showed genuine care in helping me find exactly what I needed. Overall, I’d highly recommend Frank Adams if you’re looking a Rolex for any other quality jewelry and a team that truly values customer experience.

  I had an outstanding experience working with Marcel, Tim, and Jeff at Frank Adams in Albany. They helped me purchase a Datejust as an Easter gift for my brother, and truly made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Their professionalism and genuine care really stood out.   Exceptional jewelry store. Amber was fantastic in helping set a family heirloom gemstone in a custom pendant. Their jewelers exemplify true craftsmanship with care and precision. I can confidently recommend them to surpass your expectations with even the most delicate of pieces. Jeffery is a true rockstar with men's watches. He went above & beyond helping me select the perfect timepiece. I cannot say enough great things about Frank Adams Jewelers and their entire team here. I genuinely look forward to visiting again.   If there’s one place you should go when looking for jewelry, it’s Frank Adams. For starters, when you enter the store you’re asked almost immediately if you need any assistance. In addition, you’re offered a beverage while you browse. The store is divided into different sections: general jewelry (necklaces, bracelets, rings, etc.), as well as dedicated areas organized by watch brands. For the most part, I was assisted by the wonderful Billy Jo and had the opportunity to converse about a handful of watches. I had been out of the watch industry for some time, but Billy Jo had no issues catching me up. We spoke about various Tudor movements compared to Rolex, different models that are available (and, of course, unavailable), and some interesting history behind the brands. The thing I respected most was their honesty. If something was unknown regarding a certain type of watch, they would be upfront and direct you to another associate who might have deeper knowledge on the topic or specific piece. While most stores feel like they’re simply trying to make a sale, the opposite is true for Frank Adams. Here, they want to ensure the customer is knowledgeable about the piece they’re interested in and understands what it means to be part of that brand’s warranty, services, and overall history. Ultimately, I walked out of the store empty-handed (as intended), but with a mind full of new curiosities. However, the store doesn’t just forget its customers, it follows up. I mentioned that I had some watches and other jewelry at home, and they invited me to return for what is essentially a free cleaning. Upon returning a few days later, I was helped by Mathew. Mathew is another great employee who handled the cleaning (which left the two Tudor watches and a white gold chain looking brand new) and assisted me during my second day browsing. I hope to come back soon, this time leaving with a watch.
