Have yet to hear back two weeks later. We went to the David Yurman website and the ring we wanted was in stock. Ordered the ring directly from DY. Frank Adams, you need to step up your game.

There was a very talented young lady playing piano Christmas music, which was absolutely wonderful while we shopped. The staff was very friendly and called us by first name treating us as if we were neighbors, which we appreciated. A great experience overall. And the music was an amazingly nice touch, especially during the holidays. Furthermore, we were both very happy with our purchases, Frank Adams has exceptionally nice offerings.

Tim came over to help me and we just admired and talked about watches for close to a half hour. I was upfront that these pieces are out of my price range but I have a great appreciation for them and I can confidently say it made no impact on the quality of service offered. I was on my way out when Tim offered me his business card and said he hopes to see me again when I saw He's the President! I had a great experience and will absolutely be back!
