She went above and beyond finding a correct size, color and assuring me it could be ordered if they did not have it in stock. I found it for $249 on MidwayUSA and Scheels was selling it for $429, They verified the lower MidwayUSA price on the website for the exact same Vortex Viper HS scope, then refused to honor it after an employee spoke with a manager. Then I was given an excuse about limited inventory that had nothing to do with what I was originally told and promised. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this store, including over $2,500 recently, and losing a loyal customer over a straightforward price match is terrible business. Buyers beware they do not keep their word.
