- AHAaliyah HoustonFeb 14, 20261.0the asian girl that works there is very rude. she threw my stuff in the bag and just tossed it to me like i’m the one that made her put in the application. like girl if you have a problem with people why work in costumer service? there’s a girl with glasses (i didn’t get her name) but she was so nice when i asked for help. the clothes are cute but some of the staff make me not even want to shop there.

They seem like they really don't wanna help you and I asked if they would price match their own online prices, and they said no. Not sure if that's actually their policy because Google said they typically do price match, but I'd rather just order online if I can get a $50 jacket for $30 online. Their assistant manager seemed rude and she was dressed in pajamas and wearing slippers which just seems pretty unprofessional. Their fitting room set up is not ideal so it's hard to ask your friend's opinion, and they told me I couldn't bring my friend in the room with me. Overall, the customer service will make sure I just shop online with them instead of bothering to go to the store.

When we walked in the store the fitting rooms were closed and we saw a girl trying On a dress over her clothes right in front of the employees. When my sister tried a top on over her clothes an employee came and yelled at us in front of everybody. We didn’t mean any harm, and they let the other white girl so why would they yell at us like that ? Absolutely disgusting .
