- DGDavid GonzalezDec 30, 20241.0I will never buy from Sunglass Hut again. The customer support has been the worst I've experienced both in-store and on the phone. I purchased the protection plan because I thought it would be a good idea since I tend to scratch my sunglasses. They told me I would only have to pay $40 plus the difference, which seemed reasonable. However, I was treated poorly, and on top of that, I ended up paying $315 for $400 sunglasses. This is a scam. They claim the plan covers the cost of a new pair, but after all the hassle and misinformation, the cost is almost the same. Save your time and money and avoid this business. I am contacting my credit card company to request a full refund for the original purchase because this protection plan is a scam. I read the contract, and they violated the agreement. As someone who writes contracts, I know this is grounds for a full refund through my credit card provider.

I brought them back and they refused to refund me my money because they said they were scratched. There is NO visible scratch on the glasses and I only wore them for a very short period of time before I noticed they were NOT quality made. They manager was INCREDIBLY RUDE and wanted to argue with me! I will NEVER go back there and will go to their corporate office to get my money back!!!!! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!
