- RTRose Tollar-RaeNov 30, 20252.0Their clothes are super cute but their customer service is seriously lacking. They seem like they really don't wanna help you and I asked if they would price match their own online prices, and they said no. Not sure if that's actually their policy because Google said they typically do price match, but I'd rather just order online if I can get a $50 jacket for $30 online. Their assistant manager seemed rude and she was dressed in pajamas and wearing slippers which just seems pretty unprofessional. Their fitting room set up is not ideal so it's hard to ask your friend's opinion, and they told me I couldn't bring my friend in the room with me. Overall, the customer service will make sure I just shop online with them instead of bothering to go to the store.

The girl named Bri working here is absolutely awful rude, nasty, completely inconsiderate, and so unprofessional it’s embarrassing. Honestly, she has no business working with customers. If I were the manager, she’d be out the door immediately. On top of that, the fitting rooms are a complete joke. People are left standing around forever because no one is doing their job. Instead of actually helping customers like she’s supposed to, Bri is too busy running her mouth and being rude to everyone. Meanwhile, the fitting rooms are backed up and it turns the whole place into a chaotic mess. This store clearly doesn’t care about who they hire or how they treat paying customers. If this is the kind of trash service they think is acceptable, I’ll happily take my money somewhere else.
