Our shop services are available to spool reels, mount and boresight rifle scopes, cut arrows, tune bows in our 12-yard archery lane, and anything covered by your Firearm Service Plan. Corporate + management bad “Ready-for-pickup status can be unreliable, and some have gone to the store only to find the item isn’t there yet.” Looks like I’m not the only one who has had this issue. Chat gpt found a bunch of others. Also, the Safe guard warranty is also iffy. Managers told me they couldn’t help me until I appeared to be upset then they offered a gift card. But when I purchased the product I got an email that said to bring my broken item in store for an exchange. Seems like they are protecting sportsman’s money or something rather than help a customer who purchased the warranty. I’ve had that happen twice and I’ve had the unreliable pick up status happen more than twice. Seems like you need to call the store to confirm it’s there, if you can even get through to someone.

The last 5 years, give or take, the selection and variety of Water proof Merrell high top hiking boots are horrible. 1 pair that had my size and was a boots that looks like it should, not an olive green boot that looks more like a regular shoe. That part is Merrell's fault, but not enough 9.5 water proof high tops in store is yours. Great store, but today a 4 star rating based on the last 5 years
