My issue was resolved in a very fast manner so I was upset , but they made the wrong right with a refund. I just had the manager, Felipe come to my door to personally apologize for the bad experience I had. He went above and beyond to make it right. I owned my own business and understand things do happen, he was so kind, truthfully sorry for what happened, and again, went above and beyond for his customer. I am so happy that there are managers like Felipe that will take the time to personally make a wrong right. Thank you, Felipe. I love edibles and was sad I wouldn’t be purchasing edibles anymore, but I will continue to purchase edibles at the Reno store.

Could not be delivered until 5/11. 5/11 that morning I got a call saying that my mothers address was too far away and they would not be able to deliver. In told them I had these delivered to my mom before and they told me that was from a different store that has closed and they were not sure why I was allowed to make the order. Then told me that someone could pick it up. I live in CA. And my mother doesn’t drive anymore. Wish I had known earlier so she could have had a present earlier. Will never trust them again.
