  Went to the store for a return of an item I bought less than a week prior . They don’t honor their 30 day return policy and say only exchange or store credit even though they have the policy listed at every table . Scammyyyyy

  I was so lucky to get my rose gold carnelian alhambra bracelet without the appointment! Thank you, Caroline - she was amazing, kind, and very polite. She gave us the best assistance and made the whole experience so special. My husband was so happy to surprise me with this Valentine's gift, and I was even happier because it was actually on my wishlist! Truly an unforgettable Valentine's gift.
