She told me that they don’t have that piece in stock, but she will be happy to get in touch with me when ever they receive it. That was March... Today, in the beginning of July, I finally received my absolute gorgeous bracelet. And I want, from the bottom of my heart, to express my gratitude to this patient, super professional sales person! Coco went beyond of what regular sales person would do. She knew that I wanted it so much! And frankly, i think, because that piece was so much in back order, she could sell it much faster, without hassle, to any other walk in customer. But she was so kind letting me know regularly that she did not forget about me, updating about all their shipments! I was shocked by the exceptional level of her customer service! Thank you million times!!! As soon as it arrived she was so precise to mail it as fast as possible ...And now, because of Coco, i am flying to Europe wearing my beautiful, timeless bracelet!
