Also a different Sales associate I spoke to over the phone was above & beyond excellent." orginal * I have never in my life… have been told to leave a store. Ever. Reported this to security. Occurred at 7pm or so on December 23, 2025. The sales associate kept escalating the conversation a level of a disagreement when I said why wasn't I told to come in If I was waiting outside store? He was telling me it was my fault I was standing outside the store & that there was no line outside of the store. Despite me saying Sir over and over… & just asking him to listen... He kept telling me what I should have done different as a customer I should communicate more to enter the store. So I would defend myself in return saying...SIr... I did communicate I was outside & security said 15min. I was told to leave & he's not dealing with this in just minutes of being in store.. Obviously I left with no issue. But he escalated the issue very fast seemingly for shock value. I arrived & was told by security guard it would be 15 minutes. Stood in line with the SA & Security guy who told me 15 minuets chatting by the glass case & after waiting a little I realized wow they are chatting & not coming to let me in. so I waved to them and they let me in. The security was *not at the door.... but at the glass table with the associate as I waited outside in view of them. I told him it's surprising as I entered... Why they wouldn’t tell someone... who’s waiting out side the store....that they can come in after they were told it would be 15 minutes. The SA immediately threw it back at me as if for some reason I did something wrong. I said sir. Listen that doesn’t make sense… he kept referring to himself as if he wasn't understanding my point. He said he's not dealing with this & get out, leave as I turned to look around....He just came off as someone who is emotionally charged with blood shot eyes & a desire for control. Little does this SA know... I have items coming to this store location! So makes me very un-excited to support this location. The real issue is the SA was arguing with me. 2nd issue is the security guard should be at the door when someone if someone is lined up outside. I felt very rattled after. Honestly how fast it escalated considering I wasn't saying anything crazy. I felt like there was some prejudice at play... Like don't complain white lady... stand out side & smile. While we chat & don't confront us with the disrespect to a persons time. I'll have to cancel my leggings.

  Love the Bellagio store and Matthew. He is my go to and knows what I like. I appreciate the fact that he is always patient and courteous. Funny too!!!
