  I visited the Sunglass Hut location in Las Vegas. Store # 5757 Location / Las Vegas Premium Outlet, South Associate / Julie We were visiting from Toronto. When I entered, I was immediately greeted and helped by Julie. She asked if she could be of assistance to me. I asked where I could find their selections of Maui Jim sunglasses. Julie gave me time to look them over and try them on. I was so impressed with Julie’s positive personality and her attention to detail while I was instore. She even offered to clean my Maui Jim glasses I was wearing when I entered this location. Because Maui Jim Glasses are never on promotion as they are a higher price point , I always ask if a second pair is on hand that is still in a box. Julie thoroughly searched for me and located it. I bought them. Considering this was first thing in the morning as the store just opened, I was so impressed with Julie’s professionalism and demeanour. Please promote her.

  First Interactikn was with Allison at the Galleria store who didn’t have the glasses i wanted but she didn’t stop until she found them at the south premium outlet store. There, Christian Robinson took care of me and went over all the options that the store offers and more. Great consistent service from store to store!

  Shout out to Christian at this location, he was awesome and helped me find the exact sunglasses I was looking for. He even went the extra mile and made sure I got a great discount on the pair I purchased, and signed me up for the loyalty program all in just a few minutes.

  I had a terrible experience at Sunglass Hut, store K4, inside the Las Vegas South Outlets. I originally brought in sunglasses for repair and was told it would take 7-10 days, but it ended up taking 30. After the delay, the store manager, Chuck, promised me a refund. I came back twice, and Chuck wasn’t there. On my third visit, Chuck berated me, saying I should have found him earlier and that he wouldn’t process the refund because he didn’t want to get in trouble. After I reminded him he’d already promised the refund, he reluctantly issued it but cursed in front of my young son and then banned me from shopping at that store. None of this was my fault, and the entire situation was handled unprofessionally. Avoid this location—Chuck clearly doesn’t care about customers or their families. I hope corporate looks into this.
