  I expressed an interest in an Azzurro Blue Datejust 41 and Lejla didn't disappoint! Even though I was from out of town and didn't have a purchase history, I didn't have to wait very long for the watch I wanted. They also do a complimentary 15-day insurance to take the stress off of traveling home, which was a nice surprise.

  The whole experience here was exceptional. Kati was very knowledgeable, patient and genuinely happy to help. I left not only with my dream purchase but can honestly say the time I spent in the boutique matched the watch for sheer pleasure and a truly memorable experience catered for me by the amazing Kati.

  We had a really nice experience at the Rolex boutique at Wynn, and a big part of that was our interaction with Kati. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, answering all our questions and walking us through the process. We later came back after Kati reached out to me about a Datejust 41 I wanted, and the experience was fantastic. We had some great conversations — we saw a picture of the very first Rolex watch and she shared some of the history behind the brand, including how they developed one of the first truly waterproof watch cases, and how robust the watches are. It made me appreciate the engineering, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that goes into these watches. We also chatted about our dogs, which was really fun. She even offered to clean the watch I was wearing — it came back looking brand new! Overall, I felt very well taken care of as a customer. All sales associates were warm and welcoming as well — they checked in on us and offered drinks. Thank you for a pleasant experience — I will definitely be coming back!

  I just picked up my first Rolex, a Submariner Date, and I still can't stop smiling. I first walked into this boutique about 10 months ago, not really knowing what to expect. Franco greeted me warmly and spent real time with me, helping me narrow down a list of three watches I had my heart set on. From that very first visit, I felt like I mattered. Not just as a potential buyer, but as a person. Then, after months of waiting, I got the text. One of my dream pieces was available. I honestly couldn't believe it. I booked a flight to Vegas that same day. Didn't even think twice. Walking back into the boutique and finally holding that watch in my hands felt like a dream come true. What really makes this place special is how consistent and genuine the service is. Every interaction, whether in person or over the phone, has been warm and welcoming. They always have a nice selection available on site too, which I appreciated from my first visit. Nothing ever felt rushed or transactional. It felt like I was celebrating a milestone with people who actually cared. Franco and the entire team have turned me into a customer for life. I'm already looking forward to that next call and the next flight out. This was so much more than buying a watch.
