  I’ve visited many Rolex boutiques, but the Rolex boutique at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas is by far the best. Ever since I found them, I won’t go anywhere else. I always work with Francisco V. whenever I’m in town. Seeing him feels like reconnecting with a great friend — we talk about more than just watches and genuinely check in on each other’s lives. He turns every purchase into a memorable experience, and because of that, I wouldn’t consider buying a Rolex anywhere else.

  The best Experience I have ever had was here inside Caesars palace! The Service Was Amazing from start to finish. Rances was super friendly, Knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. He helped me find the perfect watch without any pressure. I am very happy with my watch!!

  Always a great experience with Rances at this boutique inside the forums shops at Cesar Palace always good vibes this is my second collection I purchase at this boutique a submariner no date absolutely stunning on the wrist a great everyday watch my new daily last visit was helped by Chris since Rances was off but still had a 5 star experience thanks to this staffs here

  Bad experience at this location with one of the sales associates . Walked in had a great conversation and tried on a few watches ,was put on the list for 2 entry level watches . Fast forward a month later I get “the call” from advisor . Congratulating me for my 30th birthday which was coming up and says your watch is here right on time for your birthday . We schedule appointment I book my flight and my hotel to Las Vegas . Only to get a text next day from the advisor asking if I can talk on the phone . He then advises me that the watch is actually no longer available and another associate “sold” the watch after he put it on hold for me . Advisor didn’t handle the situation very well, I asked to speak to a manager and he advised me his manager was on vacation and that he would make it right with the next watch that comes available . 6 months later not a text or call to fix the situation after getting “the call” I should have just escalated it to management for the unprofessionalism and having me pay for a last minute flight and hotel .

  I had a wonderful experience at this boutique thanks to sales representative Rances. I expressed my interest and Rances patiently explained the process and answered every question I had. Rances treated us with respect and excellent customer service, and I am looking forward to working with him in the near future!
